volunteer Positions

All volunteers receive a free race entry (up to $100) to a future race (within 24 months). Volunteer credits ARE transferrable!

- Work at an aid station.
- Assist runners with resupply.
- Prep food and mix Gatorade.
- Check runners in and out of the aid station.
- Cheer runners on to the finish line.
- Assist race morning with parking, check in, and bib pickup.
- Assist throughout the day with keeping the finish line food table supplied.
- Run the timing computer.
- Hand out medals.
- Run the course at cut off pace behind the last runner.
- Pick up flags and trash along the way so that our races leave no trace.
- Ensure all runners stay on pace and make it to the finish safely.
Join us on Friday morning/afternoon before the race to help us flag the race routes.
Because pre race schedules are tight, markers must be able to cover 3 to 9 miles of trails at 22 minutes per mile.
